Help with the app

Start with the guide and tutorials: the app's Help menu and F1 open them too. Most questions about walls, the structure checks, the permit sheets and the estimates are answered there.

Feature requests and bug reports

Open an issue on GitHub: ask for a feature or report a problem. Please say what you were doing, what you expected and what happened; a screenshot helps.

Subscription and billing

Invoices, the card and cancelling are on your subscription page (sign in with your e-mail). For other questions about the SumiCAD Cloud subscription, write to the e-mail below.
